What is your MOQ?
MOQ is 10 strands for standard products. Custom production starts at 50 sets. MOQ is restated per line on the quotation.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Samples are chargeable. Availability depends on the product and customization requirements, and the sample cost is confirmed with the quotation.
Do you offer custom pearl jewelry?
Yes. We can coordinate custom pearl jewelry production based on your design and specifications.
Who pays shipping and import duties, and on what trade terms?
We quote FOB China (Incoterms 2020). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, freight from the port of loading, insurance, customs duties and import taxes are paid by the buyer.
How long does production take?
Typical production lead time is 20–30 days. It varies with product, quantity and customization, and the estimated lead time for your order is confirmed with the quotation.
